Fine Arts
Instrumental Music
- Open to any student grades 9-12
- May be taken multiple years
- Full year course counts as 1 Fine Arts credit
- No experience required can enroll to learn a new instrument
- Opportunity to improve technique and musical knowledge for more advanced players
- Emphasis on practical knowledge of music theory, reading skills, instrumental techniques, and ensemble performance
- Performs a wide variety of genres in both sacred and secular pieces in concerts throughout the school year
Music/Vocal Ministry
Open to all students grades 10-12
Music/Vocal Ministry Classes bring worship and praise to life in our school Masses, retreats and liturgical services. Local opportunities have included concerts at local grade schools and music for parish Masses. In November 2015, we have been invited to perform at The National Catholic Youth Conference in Indianapolis.
