Girls Cross Team Competes at State Meet

On Saturday, October 20 the Girls Cross Country team finished their season by placing 3rd at the State meet. The race had 229 runners and the girls team put all 7 runners in the top 91 spots.

Natalie Reis placed in the top 40 by finishing 37th. For the 3rd straight year, Amy Klocke placed in the top 5 at State by finishing 4th. Claire Curtsinger made history last year by being the first athlete, male or female, in BBHS XC to ever win the individual State Championship. Claire made history again this year by winning the individual State Championship for the second  straight year.

Coach Harden thanks all those who made the trip to Bourbon County this past weekend to support and encourage the Cross Country teams. He also thanks all of the runners for their hard work and dedication this season.
